Returns and Warranties Sodastream offers a 2 year warranty for all of it's new units. There is also a 30 day money back guarantee. The 2 year warranty is guaranteed by Sodastream Canada not by Chiron Canada or Chris Hannon. I will however supply you with the necessary information for returning the unit if broken. Sodastream Canada will take care of all repairs or replacements. You can not return any items that were intentionally misused or instructions not followed eg. putting plastic bottles in the dishwasher. Not taking proper care when transporting the machine from location to location. Yes! If you are not satisfied with your drinks maker for any reason, you may return it, postmarked within 30 days of date of purchase (please keep your dated receipts) for a full refund minus the shipping and handling. An e mail or a phone call is not sufficient for the money back warranty . The unit and items purchased must be postmarked within the stated 30 days . Shipped back to CHIRON CANADA, 30 TRILLIUM WAY. PARIS . ON. N3L 3R2 NO EXCEPTIONS !. I will ship items ( minus backorders) within 2 working days and will e mail you the tracking #. If there are back order items I am not aware of I will e mail you ASAP. So that we can either adjust your payment or ship later. Items that are received damaged or missing must be reported to me with in 24 hours of receipt. I have been mislead a couple of times about missing items and only after I sent them out was able to prove they were indeed included in the order. So please bare with me on this stipulation. The fact you were on vacation for a month and when you returned something was damaged or missing is not one of the reasons I can accept. If you are going to be away please let me know and I will hold off on sending the order. Shipping I will ship the cheapest way possible. There are several shipping charges to choose from on my web site. Purolator, Fed Ex charge $36 per order extra plus the cost of shipping if a CO2 cylinder is included in the package. This has nothing to do with me I only charge what the Courier costs me. Some of you will be able to pick up your product at 30 Trillium Way in Paris . There is no charge for this. We make in person deliveries to cities that are with in a reasonable driving range. There is a delivery charge for that which is listed on the site as shipping. Cylinder returns At this time Sodastream Canada does not have depots set up across Canada for you to exchange the used cylinders for refills. Those who live too far away to either pick them up or have me deliver will still have to ship the empties back to me for now. I have no other solutions at this time. I will not wait for you to ship them back before shipping your refills . I feel that after all these years of working together that I have a trust in all of you that needs no question. Many of you have been with me for the almost 7 years I have been selling Sodastream you have been through our transition from the US way of doing things and now the new Canadian way of doing things. There are things we were used to that now have to be changed. A new pricing and now the return of cylinder. I promise I will continue to find the best and hopefully easiest way for this to get fixed but for now I ask you once more bare with me. We will all benefit in the long run. |
